Carolyn Barber, M.D., earned her B.A. from Princeton University, did her medical training at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and completed her residency at Stanford University Medical Center. Her writings on scientific and health-related topics have appeared in Fortune, Scientific American and numerous other outlets. She is also co-founder of a homeless work program in San Diego, Wheels of Change, which received CNN’s 2020 “Champions for Change” award.
